Anne Woods has been designing award-winning kitchens since the 1980s, and her work continues to evolve with the times. A Senior Designer at Westwood Cabinetry since 2001, Anne brings decades of experience, technical expertise, and an intuitive understanding of how people truly live in their homes.
Anne’s goal with every project is simple: that her clients walk into their space, big or small, and love it. She works closely with each client to create a kitchen that is uniquely theirs, thoughtfully designed around their lifestyle, cooking habits, and how they gather with family and friends.
Known for her ability to move effortlessly between styles, Anne’s work ranges from ultra-modern spaces to beautifully detailed, classical kitchens. Her design philosophy is best described as moving with time, always current, never rigid. As a natural entertainer, she has a keen sense of flow and function, designing kitchens that support both everyday living and hosting with ease.
What matters most to Anne is understanding her clients. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, she creates spaces that feel personal, comfortable, and enduring. Her technical knowledge ensures that every detail, from layout to construction, works seamlessly behind the scenes.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and brings a well-rounded perspective to her design work. Outside of the showroom, she embraces the Okanagan lifestyle, enjoying any opportunity to walk, bike, golf, or swim, grateful for the community she calls home.
Known affectionately as the “Martha Stewart” of her friend group, Anne is also recognized for turning clients into lifelong friends. That genuine connection, paired with her depth of experience, is what makes working with Anne a truly memorable design experience.
